Vinayak Ganesh Vaze College of Arts, Science & Commerce (more commonly known as Kelkar College), a Mumbai University affiliated college located in Mulund East, Mumbai, boasts as "the youngest college to get permanent affiliation from the university. It is the first affiliated college in Maharashtra accredited with A 5 star, and was re-accredited in 2004 with A grade. He had been promoting educational activities through donations to institutions and grants to underprivileged students.
